ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- The Empire 8 announced its weekly award winners Monday, naming senior Sydney Folk the E8 Player of the Week. Folk helped guide the Bombers to a 3-1 record last week, including a sweep over Stevens at home. Folk hit .636 over the four-game stretch, leading the team in RBI (8) and total bases (13). Folk also led the Bombers with four extra-base hits, including three doubles and a home run.

She currently leads the Empire 8 with five home runs on the season, while her 32 RBI and 11 doubles rank second and third in the conference, respectively.
