ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Ithaca College freshman John Januszkiewicz was named Empire 8 Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week Monday.

Januszkiewicz netted a career-high four goals twice last week in Ithaca victories at Oneonta and Elmira. He added one assist in each game for a team-best 10 points on the week. Eleven of his 13 shots were on goal. Januszkiewicz also scooped up a pair of ground balls against the Red Dragons.

The 10th-ranked Bombers travel to St. John Fisher for a 4 p.m. game on Wednesday, March 26.
