ALLENTOWN, Pa. -- The Ithaca College men's soccer team (0-3) lost to Muhlenberg Saturday evening, falling to the Mules by a score of 1-0 in the 103rd minute. Junior Max Bjork and sophomore Blair Carney each recorded a shot on goal while sophomore goalkeeper Kenny Chapman made three saves on four shots.

A scoreless defensive duel carried into the second overtime, but ended in the Mules' favor. Just over three minutes into double overtime, Muhlenberg was able to slip the ball by Chapman on a header off a corner kick.

Muhlenberg outshot the Bombers by an 18-8 margin and registered five corner kicks to Ithaca's three.

The Bombers are back in action on Sept. 11 in a home game against Cortland. Start time is set for 4 p.m.
