ITHACA, N.Y. -- Ithaca College women's golf junior Sharon Li was named Empire 8 Player of the Week for the second week in a row. Li led the Bombers to the Empire 8 Championship and was tournament medalist over the weekend at Blue Heron Hills in Rochester.

Li shot an opening-round 74 and followed that with a second-round score of 76 for a total of 150, six strokes better than the second-place finisher. It is the second-straight year that Li has won the Empire 8 individual title, and it was the fourth consecutive conference-tournament championship for Ithaca.
