ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Ithaca women's crew rowed Saturday and Sunday in races against Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology and St. John Fisher. The varsity 8 posted a win in its race Saturday against Rochester and the Bombers also got victories in races from the second varsity 8, the novice 8, and the second varsity 4. On Sunday, Ithaca's third varsity 8 and fourth varsity 8 won races against St. John Fisher.

Saturday's races took place with a steady 10 miles per hour headwind with negligible current. Sunday's race conditions included a 20 miles per hour tailwind that produced mild chop on the Cayuga Inlet.
