NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Ithaca College women's cross country team remained ranked in week seven of the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Atlantic Region poll. The Bombers improved from 10th to eighth in the region after a first-place performance out of eight teams Saturday at the Empire 8 Championships. The victory was Ithaca's 11th consecutive conference championship crown.

Ithaca will rest for a week before traveling to Mount Morris, N.Y. for the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship hosted by Geneseo on Saturday, Nov. 16.
