ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Ithaca College football team will travel to Wesley College in Dover, Del. for its second-round game in the NCAA Division III Football Championship. The game will begin at noon on Saturday, Nov. 30 at Miller Stadium . The NCAA announced the site of the game Sunday, and uses similar criteria in head-to-head comparisons to determine home sites for games as they do when comparing teams for NCAA tournament selection.
Ithaca (9-2) has never faced Wesley. The host Wolverines (9-2) play as an independent and earned qualification to the NCAA tournament via an at-large selection. Ithaca and Wesley have faced one common opponent this season. Wesley defeated Salisbury 30-27 on Sept. 14 and Ithaca won 24-23 in overtime at Salisbury on Nov. 9.
