ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Ithaca College women's crew team participated in the Head Of The Genessee Saturday afternoon. The team competed in the varsity 8 and the novice 8. Ithaca had two boats in the women's varsity 8, with the Bombers' top finisher taking fifth place in an overall time of 37:08.00. William Smith finished first, completing the race in a time of 34:22.36. Rochester finished second, followed by RIT and Mercyhurst to round out the top four. The women also placed third in the novice 8, finishing with a total time of 21:53.29.
