Ithaca College Athletic Hall of Fame
Ithaca College football has won 160 games under the guidance of Mike Welch over the past 21 seasons. Welch has garnered seven Coach of the Year accolades during his tenure and has served as President of the American Football Coaches Association. He has coached Bombers football to eight Empire 8 titles and eight appearances in the NCAA Division III Championship, to go along with four ECAC Bowl games. Ithaca has reached the NCAA semifinals once and the quarterfinals three times. There have been 32 All-Americans to play for Welch since 1994 and two players have been named Empire 8 Player of the Year.
