Ryan Norland joined the Ithaca men's soccer staff as a volunteer assistant in 2013. Norland was a four-year player for the Bombers. Norland started all 18 games for the Bombers during his senior season in 2012, making him one of five players on the roster to start every contest. Norland earned a spot on the Empire 8 All-Conference First Team after guiding a defense that held opponents to just 17 goals all season.
