Sandi Wood has served as the assistant coach for women's golf at Ithaca College since the program was created in the 2008-09 pre-varsity season and throughout the team's five varsity campaigns. Her contributions in short-game instruction and organization make a significant impact on the success of the team, which has become a nationally-elite entity in just five short years.
An accomplished player, Wood has numerous state and regional tournament victories and continues to compete in New York State Golf Association events. She won the NYSGA Super Senior Championship for three consecutive years from 2009-2011.
