Ithaca College Athletics

Beth Walkenbach, a 2000 graduate of Cornell, joins the Ithaca College field hockey staff an assistant coach. Walkenbach brings experience as a player, coach and teacher to the program. She was a standout on the Cornell field hockey team from 1996-2000, eventually returning to her alma mater as an assistant coach in 2003.

After working for Cornell in a number of different roles, Walkenbach moved on to Franklin & Marshall College where she served as head field hockey coach from 2006-2008. While at Franklin & Marshall, she also helped the lacrosse team to a NCAA DIII National Championship in 2007.

She currently resides in Ithaca, N.Y.
